Payment is upfront before our scheduled meeting.
If you’ve booked an hour or block of hours and need to reschedule, there’s no fee as long as you do it at least 24 hours in advance. For sessions rescheduled within less than 24 hours or for call no-shows, I deduct the time from your package.
When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I suggest booking THE QUICKIE to start. If you end up wanting a larger package, I’ll happily apply the fee for that first meeting towards the total price.
