Every day that we out
We called into a seaside restaurant in Santa Margherita to have yet another seafood lunch. At home in Australia, I may have a salad sandwich or a leftover bowl of last night’s dinner but here I decided to step things up a notch and try to eat as much seafood as possible. This Vongole was filled with delicious prawns, mussels, and clams. So yummy with a glass of crisp white wine and a lump of homemade bread to drag the sauce up off the plate.
There is something about the tomatoes that are very different to back home here. Sweet, juicy and oh so delicious. A simple salad with local fresh cress.
