Description

Throughout my cancer story I found great peace and joy creating my own personal journal. I spent days documenting my thoughts, drawing, planning and reflecting on life. The freedom to both think and create at this time completely changed this period of my life from a time of hardship to one of happiness. This journal resource was born out of that time and then it shifted from being about me to being about you, the person I could share this with.

During my journalling time, I realised that a journal to use during a time of hardship would have been so helpful in order to process what I was thinking, feeling and doing in those tough days of treatment.

Now I am proud to have made this beautiful journal for you as an accompaniment to my book 'Beyond the Seed" to help you along your own journey.

This journal resource matches each chapter of the book and allows you to indulge in creative journalling at times when you may feel lost, sad, lonely, or unwell. You can combine it with the creative journal kit for a more hands-on and creative journalling experience.

Using your hands and creativity is therapeutic for both mind and body and is a way of creating something unique.

I hope you enjoy your journalling as much as I have loved creating it for you.
